What we can verify
A reliable entry needs the boss's displayed name, region, encounter trigger, party condition, observed reward screen, and verification date. Player reports without those details are leads, not a database row.
Spawn timers, health values and drop rates are deliberately excluded unless a current official source or repeated in-game observation supports them.

Farming claims need evidence
Do not convert a single run into a drop-rate claim. Record observations separately, attach a date, and keep unknown timers or rates unlisted.
